Relationship coaching

Relationship coaching helps you find more fulfillment in relationships. You get the chance to understand yourself at a deeper level.

When you’re facing painful issues, I guide you through them. It’s a chance to clear up your thinking to uncover your desires, set relationship goals and create a vision for a happier future.

Romantic or platonic

Professional or personal, romantic or platonic

I work within a number of different relationship dynamics — professional relationships at work or personal relationships with family, friends or a romantic partner.

I also help singles. You may find it difficult to meet the right person, or perhaps you’re reeling from the effects of too many toxic relationships. Often, it’s difficult to know what you want and need in a relationship.

I provide a safe confidential space for you to think and speak  — and together, we create an actionable strategy for change.

How it works

How relationship coaching works

I’m based in East London. If you’re local, I’d be delighted to meet you in person — although don’t worry if you’re in another part of the country. Online video conferencing works equally well.

If you need me, I’m here for you between sessions. We can talk on the phone, and I’m available by text message or email.

Here are some details:

  • Your first session is free. It’s our chance to get to know each other

  • Once we’ve decided to go ahead, I ask for a minimum commitment of 6 months

  • The 6-month package costs £1,500. If you prefer to pay monthly, it works out at £300 per month

  • We’ll have 2 sessions per month

  • To support your development, there will be `homework’ between sessions

  • You’ll be given a monthly relationship learning video to help you grow

You’ll also have full access to valuable learning tools and resources. To give you a taste of these, read The 10 Habits of Successful Relationships.

Let’s have a chat. You can tell me what you need, ask questions, and see what you think.
