Nicolas Rion - Personal and professional relationship coach

I’ve been a coach since 2017. Since then, I’ve helped people from all walks of life become confident at forming strong, healthy and sustainable relationships.
You could be struggling with professional relationships, or have ongoing issues with personal relationships. If you’re open to the idea of change, I can help you.
The problem with relationships
For me, healthy relationships are about self-knowledge, confidence and communication. When you’re happy with yourself, it becomes easier to recognise the relationships which sustain you. You can clearly express your needs while meeting the needs of others.
As a coach, it’s my job to open a whole toolbox of ways to fix relationship problems.
Our goal, at the end of the process, is that you won’t need me any more. You’ve found the answers. You can build stable, mutually supportive relationships with people who care about you.
My own story
My knowledge of relationships was, in many ways, learnt the hard way.
I grew up in Burgundy, France. During my early teenage years I lost my mother — my compass in life — and it took effort, and support from friends and family, to keep the boat afloat.
My early professional life was often challenging. In the corporate world, I felt like a fish out of water, unable to be my true self. Relating to other people in this environment taught me something important. Through building confidence in my own values, I could become my own compass.
This was the beginning of a long journey of self-discovery, during which I discovered coaching — the art and science of helping people grow.
After training, I launched my coaching business because I want to help people become tall enough to see past the obstacles and choose the right path for themselves.
Training and qualifications
I trained with one of the world’s leading coaching schools — the Co-Active Training Institute, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I’m also trained in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), which brings empathy, honesty, strength and compassion into our personal and professional communication. It means I can provide a framework for resolving conflicts.
